Most business ideas in the seminar Entrepreneurship (I-Plan) are generated by inventors and scientists of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Strict confidentiality is therefore always the basis of cooperation. Students have access to the inventor in order to fully understand the concept, technology, and markets of the start-up plan.
The seminar requires strong commitment and effort from the participating students. The team work consists of crafting a well elaborate businessplan and presenting update presentations at seminar meetings. The meetings are an excellent opportunity for students to get feedback from LMU EC faculty, industry experts, and fellow students in order to improve their business plans.
Business concepts may be submitted to the first and second stage of the Munich Businessplan Competition (MBPW).
The seminar is supported by the LMU Spin-off Service, the Munich Businessplan Competition and the Munich Network.
The seminar Entrepreneurship (I-Plan) is open to BWL diploma and bachelor students. Students of other faculties participating in the LMU Entrepreneurship Excellence Program can apply for the seminar as well.
Course language is German.
I-Plan is part of the Distinction Track of the LMU Entrepreneurship Excellence Program.
